“Scared” is featured on Ashanti‘s self-titled debut album and though this album was released 10 years ago (dang, right?!), I will alwaaays love this song! The lyrics are just TOO real. 

“Got me afraid to let my love go, is it my heart that I should follow? Got me afraid to let myself go, got me scared of you.”
